Okay the stock is heading down, $1.40 or something. What's going on? Is this a bottom fish happening. John Kaiser said in July, to wait for market crises to buy PVO.Then in November he said he thinks it'll head down some more, this was when it was $2.69. Now there's a news release, and down somemore. Any interpretions of the news release (Dec. 18). Is the hostage situation pulling it down. I'm thinking of buying some soon, huh? Anybody.
