Rainman, You may want to include something about debt, forward sales (if they have any and how much and how long) options/warrants that may be outstanding, capital costs for projects (that can vary a lot between open pit bulk mining and deep hard rock stuff). Experience of management, country of location of mine (anything in Russia, China and Indonesia will be very heavily discounted). These are off the top of my head ...I'll think a little more. MB
