The WellRich situation is just a thorn in Jeff's side. The only thing Mitchell has is an arbitration clause from something he says is an agreement and its a photocopy of the arbitration clause. I'll send him one to see how standardized they are and what they really mean in an agreement( which really isn't much unless you have a law suit) I do not believe he has the contract. Promises not to post only tell me he has NOTHING. But, then again Jeff demands of everyone but gives nothing to support his claims. A promise to WellRich that he wouldn't give out the contract, please, their own representative was here. As for AZNT, sending the damned Icky song was the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Who faxed it? They need to be fired or removed. As for the Sept 30th dead line, that is the day the order is incontempt. Warrants will be issued for failure to comply. Then the company will or should be issued the final order to have the restraining order finalized. Then their should be a hearing on Why they failed to comply with the order and if the judge so choses, charges are to be filed. Thats it, nothing more....
