Let's return for a moment to the question of the soon-to-be-issued preferred stock. 61MM shares of common will be retired, and replaced by 610,000 shares of preferred, right?

But what if the preferred's convertible at a rate of 100:1? Wouldn't be very nice for the ordinary shareholder, would it?
