Crusader,

I'm not speaking for Sungold, but the knowledge that I have developed over two years being
close to the company gives me reason to disagree with you.

In answer to your first paragraph, Sungold is fully aware of the Korean laws and is currently in
the process of setting up a Korean company with their Korean partners, who by the way are a
very substantial U.S. $200,000,000 company.

In regards to paragraph three, referring to the news release of Dec. 2nd, 1996, there is only one
STZ zone allowed in each district. And in Sungold's case, it was a prerequisite to obtain the
casino license. SGI has consistantly accomplished its goals in Korea. Many had doubted that the
zoning could be obtained. The Korean government has been only recently approving casino
access for locals at other STZ zones. With only one STZ zone allowed per district the process is
more difficult than you were led to believe.

In response to your question about the size of the island, had you read the news release it stated
the island is 18 acres, with an additional 24 acres on the mainland for shops and parking. There
is a new rendering on the web page showing the hotel casino sitting on the island and with the
bridge across to the mainland. There is another rendering that's not up yet that will show the
front of the hotel casino and also a new map pinpointing the location of the island.

The web master has also updated Sungold's web page to reflect the new, more exciting terms
giving Sungold perpetual ownership.

The latest news release was Friday announcing that the stock will resume trading at the opening
bell this Monday morning.

The president and CEO of Sungold gaming is also from Switzerland. A very nice gentleman.

In regards to my handle of "EPOPS", my fourteen grandchildren call me Poppy. Now that the two
oldest ones are away at college and we correspond through e-mail, I've been dubbed EPOPS.

Monday should be a very interesting day for SGI. Good luck with all your investments.

Donald R. Harris (a.k.a. EPOPS)

p.s. In the two years that I have been an investor in this stock, the thing that has impressed me
the most is the management's handling this investment with little or no dilution.
