Bill Jackson, I believe I see your larger point regarding the crimes perpetrated by the banks.

I would like to clarify a previous question. I think you assumed that by dishonest I meant illegal. Actually, here I mean dishonest to include both illegal and legal acts. As I'm sure you can imagine many legal acts are incredibly dishonest.

The statements they made were true, but the information was
obtained dishonestly. Therefore, their behavior falls into the
punishable INVASION OF PRIVACY cell.

However, their Motives were honorable.

Should they be punished?
