Thanks for the question (RRanney) and the reply (Swedelo).Let me give you the facts, because I think they would be helpful - I did not sell 80,000 shares. I filed an intent to sell through Goldman Sachs. Unfortunately I was caught with a debt that needed repaying at a horrible point in the market and had to sell 30,000. I have a project I would like to take on with the proceeds from the remaining 50,000, but am not prepared to sell these at this level. This is the problem with 144's - they are only intentions to sell and as far as I am aware, in many cases the shares are not sold.Incidentally, if I do sell the 50,000 in the future, I will still have 103,000 shares and options in the company.
