TRAV RU an only child or what? RU not aware that Extortion is illegal? You have or have attempted to extort many people many times. Twice it has been publicly and once to myself via PM. Where is your gaggle of lawyers when you engage in such nefarious activities? Has no one ever told you that EXTORTION is illegal? UR not in Sicily anymore. Evidence of your extortion completed and/or attempted is outlined below:
1) As documented earlier on this thread, you extorted FAHN to drop AENG by buying them in above market: Stock closes 17 & 1/2 and you buy FAHN in for 21 on Friday. On Monday, you extort FAHN to drop the stock in return for passing the trade back in two lots at 18 that equal the prior Friday buyin. FAHN, with no other remedy at the time, drops the stock. Guilty as charged and CNS reports show it.
2) On the post tied to this one you are attempting to extort Gary/Skane/Myself (as usual you are shadow boxing in the dark as to who is who and what is what) You are clearly demanding something or you will do what?
3) The PM to Mr. Goldfinger, (reprintable upon request) of similar content to 2).
Is Emmett LARKin apprised of the CRIM defeat handed down against W(ED)Bush the Clearing firm that helped WALDron (now extinct) buy in the shorts on IBUY?
Guess what TRAV? Your bud Cere (don't try to deny any longer that he was your mentor in the RAFI KAHN school of above market buyins), WALD, W(ED)B and Ed Harris (similar to any undisclosed principals at TRAV?)were all found guilty of CONSPIRACY to INFLATE STOCK PRICES through various tactics which included the use of above market buyins and being on the bid a majority of the time. This is a HUGE victory for the Brothers FuSCO and all other legitimate shorts!
That is to say the W(ED)Bush the clearing firm was found guilty of MANIPULATION. The similarity between the case of AENG and IBUY is striking. I wonder if LARK knows yet that they are liable for aiding and abetting in your scumbag activities? They will get their notice to members soon enough.
