There is more to come and W(ED)Bush you now have the pleasure of being the first clearing firm ever to be found guilty of this type of activity. Even Bear Stearns didn't get nailed for this (thought they probably should have in the A.R. Baron case). There is more money to be returned and soon enough, the SEC will come around for seconds, just like they did with Rafi. You W(ED)B and Ed (the heretofore undislosed principal) are crims and you shall pay. W(ED)B, have you noticed a drop off in business? Well you should have. I mean who wants to trade through a firm that clearly aides and abets criminals and therefore is one themselves? More to come , you have my word on it!
