You've lost $5-10K..we have lost at least $65K in Novell sales performance adjustments. If you have performed beyond Novell's expectation... expect to have your performance adjusted...for whatever damned reason. As investors, each of us should be concerned with a ideology and practice of business that feels comfortable stealing from its employees or backing out on monetary obligations to its sales personnel. Novell has taken my car away on several occassions!! This year it was my new Ford Expedition. Last year, a Chevy Tahoe... The year before that a Mercury Villager van. I am glad they took the van...
