Like I said, then all the spin that is being done about how Clinton isn't an example to our children should be dropped and all of that. The charges are not proven yet. Your argument is that if the Prosecutor presents his side of the case, before the defense can respond, the person should be considered guilty of the charge and the proof is the prosecutor's argument alone. There is no reason have a defense in this country; the person is guilty by accusation alone. Nobody should be calling for Clinton's resignation until the charges are proven. What will prove them; a 2/3 majority vote in the Senate. If he isn't convicted, he can't be fired and who would resign their job after being found not guilty in a criminal case?
