Naaah. WAAAAYYYY too simple an explanation. (And BTW, I think you need to take another look at how stochastics work.) Oh yes, and I should have some info on PESO for you by Monday. Um, I'm afraid they're not being shorted either. Looks as if your float figures are badly wrong.
