I was looking through the requirements for 10KSB filing and it says a company has ninety days from the end of its fiscal year, so I guess that gives them until 9/28. Last year they filed their 10KSB on 9/15 so I had thought that was the deadline. So maybe they are not late, but it still seems that shareholders should not have to wait so long to find out what is happening with their company.

Whenever it comes out, the revenue situation should be interesting. I am still wondering about that bid/ask versus last trade on Friday. Any insights out there?

Peter
