True, outside the 97,500 the others are planned sales. But once
you file a 144 (intent to sell) I don't think you need to file
again. Someone may want to confirm this with Edgar because I'm
not 100% sure.

Did you know that once the options and warrants are exercised
the number of outstanding shares will increase by twofold,
setting the stage for a serious dilution. Is this a common
tactic that management uses to beef up salaries without raising
eyebrows? If so it's very misleading because in addition to the
dilution it creates tremendous selling pressure as these warrants
and options are exercised.

Does any one know when the warrants and options will be open
for exercise?
