I want you to know that I copied and pasted your prior post to my e-mail . I have received a response from the webmaster and I am in an ongoing dialogue with him. I've already addressed our mutual concerns regarding the Submit Secure et al. As it is now late in the evening we are going to continue our e-mail discussion tomorrow. The webmaster and his minions are going to be working on the site all weekend . Tomorrow I'll address the separation of the 800# from the Website. He's has commented, all be it briefly, on that topic and I will try to flesh it out tomorrow. Best, JOe
