john! check this insidertrader.com week of 12/20/96 reported that insiders have sold 137,315 shares@16.45.....dates of sales 11/20thru11/29.. another piece in the equation of why the stock start diving ...my thoughts on it is that they knew of the AWRE/PAIR deal in advance and its ensuing effect(short term) on the stock..and the SOROS $5000000 cash influx in lieu of stock purchases at 15 or less.. my 2Cs... And, during the week ended 12/20 another director filed to sell 12,500 on form 144D with the SEC any comments/thoughts salimsalloum
