Robert: Thanks for the info.

I noticed that not all of the transactions reported were open market purchases; some were exercises of options.

My count:

342,000 shares purchased in open market transactions.
95,000 shares acquired through options exercises.

437,000 total shares acquired by Berg, Dawson, and Archibald. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.5 million bet on VLNC by insiders in the last couple weeks.
