perhaps not in the dow, but there are some of these forming,
for example in EMC and CSCO. Sloped triangles are not very
strong formations and the outlook on them is considerably
tied to the circumstances under which they're formed.
Context is everything.

My experience is that when they are big and loose the call
is counter trend and when they're small and tight the call
is with the direction of the slope. Head fakes are common
though, so it can be a messy play and their implications
can be delayed, sometimes by weeks.

Messy, but sweet, because in both counter and con trend
versions the move tends to be big.

so that's my experience with sloped triangles. hope it's of
some value.
