Picked up this bit of news this afternoon! TECD will be a real good buy this week while the price is below $30.00 12/20/96 Robert W. Baird Ups Tech Data To Strong Buy From Buy >TECD NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Robert W. Baird upgraded Tech Data Corp. (TECD) to strong buy from a buy rating. In a research report, Robert W. Baird said the stock had fallen 30% since reaching an all-time high recently, and this level was an attractive entry for the stock. Shares of the Clearwater, Fla., company recently were trading at 26 1/2. The firm maintained Tech Data's fiscal 1997 earnings estimate of $1.35 a share for the year ending in January.
