If as has been said on these threads that one key problem is over capacity to produce then my advice to the Japanese is to seize the moment and use their incredible communal capacity to act with the excess capacity and convert (in the next five year plan) to a solar hydrogen energized culture..lead the way (while the creative quiet behind the scenes leaders in the aft of the boat help us get a grip on how to let the first wave pass) and by living example the world will come to your door in the 21st century..(especially so now that the American leadership has lost its grip on reality and is focused on issues such as who is fondling who in the boat?)..mean while I hope the quiet leaders behind the scenes make sure we have the right coxswain to ensure the rhythm and direction of our efforts to deal with the first wave is optimal! ..have a good SUNday...
