The request for her to post documentation for her claim about this has gone unanswered. And while you made some good points in the form of thoughts/possibilities to consider,

Isn't it the company's responsibility to provide that kind of documentation??

And since I'VE BEEN THE ONE trying to generate some thought by shareholders on this point, I'm very encouraged to see you pondering it.

Now the issue is, since I presume you are a shareholder of AZNT, what are you going to do about it??

I certainly hope that sharholders would contact management and DEMAND that this company come into compliance with regard to filings and details of their current plans and financial status.

Exactly what do the insiders get out of sacrificing their ability to sell their 144 stock??

Again, what's their angle?
