Oh, yes sir. I'm afraid I do. The processor mentioned in the history of Environmental Oil Services is one sold to them by Green Oasis.
On December 6, 1995, GOE was sued by Environmental Oil and alleges a breach of agreement and seeks damages amounting to $2,000,000.
It seems that Environmental services could not make the processor work, called in an engineering company that dismantled it, couldn't put it back together and indicated to Environmental Oil that it would never be able to function. Environmental then initiated the suit. GOE responded that it would have worked but environmental and their engineers broke it rendering it inoperable and therefore, is not responsible for its current condition. I think that's about right.
Anyway, the company has judgements against it from creditors who have never been paid for parts and services resulting from the Environmental Oil processor. I think it must have pissed them off so badly that they had another processor built onsight from the ground up and included a synopsis of the GOE processor account in the History portion of their websight. Another scenario that comes to mind is that the engineers decided it would be more profitable to tell Environmental that the processor wouldn't work and convince them to have the engineers design and build one to replace the GOE machine.
Machines purchased by Bulgaria (I think there are two) also wouldn't work and there are suits that have been filed over that, too. Of course, there have also been countersuits filed by the company, GOE.
I have no idea how these suits stand currently.
This information was obtained from the private placement memorandum for the GOE plant limited partnership. Unfortunately, there is also one other machine (that I am aware of) that has been fully assembled and not running. That is the one in Charleston, the LLP machine. Of course, its lack of operation is due to being intentionally shut down due to the lack of economic feasability resulting from the low price of oil and lack of feed stock. Also, I believe that, at this time the company is in a state of depression due to lack of funding. Here, we bring us up to date with the pending offer to purchase by the Turkish gov't.
