Just how do you figure the company should provide documentation for what Janice claims is so? Ellen really. The company is the one talking about this Preferred Conversion, yet they supply no details about any Common re-conversion provisions granted the preferred holders. Maybe there is a stock dividend in addition for these blessed Preferred Insiders. With no answers it seems that assuming the worst is the best way to approach Michael Sylver and his deals with regard to AZNT and himself personally.
