Walter, I thought Eaton SEO called themselves the transistor company. Ion implant (which is the heart and soul of SEO) and RTP both deal with making the transistor. Fusion's ashers get into photolithography, which is an area I would not be surprised to see Eaton make further moves into. However, I do not expect them to make any forays into etch or deposition, where AMAT is king. I would also be surprised to see Eaton get into CMP, where AMAT is not dominant yet, because I don't see a lot of synergy with Eaton's existing semiconductor equipment technologies. Eaton SEO is primarily a front-end-of-line semi-equip company, and I see no signs or reasons why they would want to get into the back-end-of-line business at this time. Regards, G.P.
