Mr. Mitchell, To clear the air, will you apologize now for calling my home and informing my wife that you are privy to information that I am "being investigated by the SEC"? Will you here, publically, apologize for calling my home and telling my wife I am "involved in criminal activity". You know as well as I that the SEC does not talk to the public about investigations. You have no proof whatsoever that I am being investigated by the SEC. You fabricated the story to scare my wife and intimidate me. You owe me an apology. I am not involved in criminal activity. I am a shareholder. You have no proof of any criminal activities of me or my friends and aquaintances. You lied to my wife to scare her and to intimidate me. You owe me an apology. I also would like assurances from you that you will not call my home again. RB
