We are just beginning an explosive new Bull Market which will take the Dow to 10,000 by December and to 13,000 by year 2000. Having approved the Bridge Bank, consumer sentiment in Japan will suddenly reverse raising consumption making Japan the new world powerhouse into the next century.

I can't think of any statement more Contrarian than that!
