You are wrong. You should perform better diligence.
Wellrich called AZNT shareholders that they sold AZNT 144 stock to. They talked these shareholders into selling their 144 stock to back Mr. Marcase's short. The stock was REJECTED when it hit the TA. The problem was the medallion signatures.
Furthermore, AZNT is working hand in hand with the SEC to resolve the 'intellectual properties' issue. The SEC is also assisting AZNT with cleansing the AZNT market of invalid stock and illegal shares.
