Over on Point and Figure charting site their/our number one indicator the NYSE bullish percent just reversed from bear confirmed to bull alert. But the DJIA chart is giving buy signs below the Bearish Resistance Line. It may mean that we are going to get a technical rally or the bottom has been made. Wont know which for sure for a while yet. NYSE bullish percent indicator means the number of NYSE issues whose charts are bullish has started to increase. This can happen even if the 30 DJIA stocks sell off. Chartseer
