No. That's the one that won't work from Canada. Most companies who plan on selling into Canada from the U.S. can have their 1-800 numbers activated here for a very small fee, since our local service provider is GTE anyway. I don't know why they haven't done it. I'll try the tolled office number that bmart gave me some time tomorrow, unless someone in the U.S. can get through to the WATS number first. And, you're right, most companies serious about telephone sales at least have an answering service/machine over the weekend with promised call-back, so someone or something should answer that number if it is called from the States. Would someone in the U.S. please give it a try and post the results here? (It may save me some toll charges tomorrow)
