Jim - OT Qualcomm over CDMA IP which Qualcomm is claiming it has rights to, and has been holding back in a vain attempt to forestall W-CDMA becoming the future world cellular standard without any backward compatibility with cdmaOne. Always interested in opposing views. Why do you say 'claiming the rights to' and 'vain attempt' given that every other major telecom company in the world is paying Qualcomm royalties for CDMAOne, and ETSI (the official mother of WCDMA) has admitted that Qualcomm IPR is required for WCDMA?
