If you haven't sent your proxy in yet I urge you to mark it NO on the reverse split and mail it quickly. I think we have a shot at beating this thing if we work together. And if we do beat this thing, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. If it is defeated here's what you'll have:

1) A company whose ulcer detection kit is approved in the USA.
2) Several large diagnostics companies negotiating with AMDL to add the ulcer kit to their arsenal of products.
3) Approval to sell their DR-70 cancer test kit in Canada with a claim to every cent of profit.
4) The possibility of an approval to sell DR-70 in China any day now.
5) Upon sales of either or both of these products, it is highly likely sales will begin worldwide as AMDL will already have approval in the most difficult areas for approval. The others will fall into place like a house of cards.

Even if we do see the reverse split go through we are about to see some sudden success in this company in a very big way. It would be much better for all of us small investors if there was no reverse split simply because share prices are likely to multiply faster with the arrangement we have now but it won't make that much difference in the long run.

Just be sure if you wake up September 28 (or so) to news that the reverse split amendment was defeated by AMDL shareholders that you are as long as you can afford to be!
