A 350 million cap, wow....... talk about dillution of shares.....

How can this one even be tradeing at 2.3cents anyway??

sort of reminds me of Russia and their ruble. They started the
printing presses over there too.

I guess I would wait till I tapp out all the shares I can print,
THEN do the reverse split and just start over again.

lets see their is about 250 mil out there , is that about right???

He can sell another 100 mil if he so chooses,
I mean , really no one can stop him anyway. He is the president
and the boss, and probably the secretary and treasure of the corporation. It would be stupid not to
at 2 cents a share which would
mean about 2 million dollars for the company,
then declare himself a BIG FAT corporate bonus to buy himself a new house and drain the company dry.

THEN its reverse split time. HYPE everyone about some great news about to come out to really get the last of the suckers on board.
Then SLAM DUNK everyone with a 300 to one split , wait a year or two
and when the smoke finally clears start another scam.

(check out HCCA , they are laying low now after a 1000 to 1 reverse)

isnt life grand. I wish I had a money machine like this one.
and its all legal too.
