Jay,

I agree that the IMF is half the problem, but refusing funding is not going to make that half of the problem go away. Until something better can be developed, which won't be easy, we're pretty much stuck with the IMF.

Another problem is that while everyone agrees that what the IMF is doing is wrong, practically nobody agrees on what it should be doing.
