Ned,

If I remember correctly, the suit brought by E.O. against
GRNO was ruled by the court in favor of GRNO without
malice. Not sure if this is accurate but, I believe GRNO
sold the eqpt to E.O. and offered to send a crew up to
Idaho to assemble it. E.O. declined saying they would
get their people to do the work. They then brought in
engineers to try and reverse engineer the machine and find
out how it worked. Instead of finding out how it worked,
they broke it beyond repair. To cover their ass, E.O.
then sued GOE claiming Bill had sold them a bad non-functional
machine. If you want the facts, give GOE a call and talk
to Pete. He originally worked for that company before joining
Bill. IMO, Pete left due to a nasal condition brought
about by a stench not associated with rotting potatoes.

Don't remember too much about the Bulgarian deal. It
seems to me that someone mentioned that they, the Bulgaria folks,
failed to secure proper building permits prior to purchasing
the GOE machine. And that the statue of that machine is
still in limbo.
