that it would be getting better. In my business if things arent going to get better i tell the customer, that is why i have a 98 % return rate for over 8 years.
RENO has 660,000 people and becoming a major distribution center for companies like IGT , JC PENNY's, besides a huge HUB for the railroads, all use trucking and hopefully NXTL radio's and phones.
Interstate 80 is one of the only main roads to CALIFORNIA that i can think of via San Fransisco, Sacramento areas from places like Salt Lake City another major HUB to the distribution of products.
My second major beef is, the price increase, what increase in service have i received in the last 12 months??? to justify any increase.
Im not looking for pristine quality like i get on my AT&T phone just something that is able to do business.
Keep in mind Arnie my complaints are not focused on just the lake tahoe area, 25 % of my income comes from business we do in Reno,Carson city, where the radio's perform slightly better.
