This is well past the absurd point. 1 year ago I wouldn't have believed I could see this much stupidity in the course of a year. Economies have always reminded me of living organisms; they can do much better in an adverse environment than one might anticipate. But politicians are poisoning things so badly that everyone better be holding onto their wallets and purses. There is no good way to predict what is going to happen going forward. Futures are set to open 125+ down on the dow. The big question is when to cover the short positions.
