I have to admit I don't know how CSGC purchased Wig Wam, since it wasn't mentioned in the PR. If it wasn't mentioned in the PR, it is not common knowledge. If it is not common knowledge but some people say they know, once again I wonder whether material inside knowledge is being made available to some shareholders, but not to all?

I would think the terms of an acquisition would certainly meet the definition of "material." If the terms of an acquisition is "material" information, but is not disclosed to all shareholders, it is then "material inside information."

I believe it is illegal to trade with the benefit of material inside information.
