Is it not reasonable to conclude that CAWS MMDS spectrum value will increase substantially since the favorable FCC ruling removes a layer of uncertainty. It is in everybody's interest including the bondholders to get a fair and accurate valuation of the spectrum in light of this important development. We must demand a new valuation!!
