SAFE ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING ANNOUNCES DELIVERIES: OPENING OF VANCOUVER SALES OFFICE
VALENCIA, CA and VANCOUVER, Sept. 18 /CNW/ - Roper Resources Inc.

Safe Environment Engineering, LP announced that the Company has completed
its second delivery of Life-line(TM) products to the United States Navy, at
its Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. With this delivery, the Navy expands its
Life-line(TM) installation at the yard, and the company continues providing
product to United States Armed Forces maintenance facilities.
Safe Environment also announced that the first of 750 Portable Safety
Monitors initially ordered by The Boeing Company, have been delivered to the
Everett, Washington facility. Additional Life-line(TM) installations for
other Boeing plants are under consideration.
Roper Resources, Inc (ASE:RRN) has opened its first Safe Environment
Engineering, Canada - Life-line(TM) product sales office at Suite 660, 688
West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Life-line(TM) sales

The opening of the new sales office coincides with the appointment of Don
White as Vice President, and Director of Marketing. Mr. White, President of
Canadian Construction Institute, a Commercial Arbitrator and Mediator for the
Province of British Columbia, has acted as a consultant for the Workers'
Compensation Board and the Business Development Bank of Canada. He is the
incoming President of the Independent Contractors and Business Association of
British Columbia, a highly sought instructor and seminar speaker, and a
committee member of the British Columbia Children's Hospital. Mr. White brings
with him a large contingency of distributors and marketers capable of bringing
the Life-line(TM) product line to the forefront of the Canadian Safety
Industry.
