Well Allen, you know how power works. Mork's willingness to sue shows his dedication to his "cause". Unfortunately, Morgan seems to lack this same dedication and deems the company not worth defending. Power play, pure and simple. Strong do they will, weak suffer what they must. A real shame.... All of these shareholders so dedicated to taking delivery of shares, yet management is unwilling to even defend the company in a non-SEC civil suit. Kinda tells where Mr. Morgan's heart has always been. Regards, Ron
