That is exceptional news... more dilution is a natural part of the whole tech thing... but 10% of common stock is awesome... considering that they bought back the previously authorized 1 million shares in record time I would hope that they will buy these back and not rescind the offer part way... I just might do my part and buy an Inprise mug and JBuilder T-shirt from their on-line store today <ggg> (the guy on the shirts is a David I. caricature right?)... also noted that CFO made 2 small purchases recently (500 shares each)... Shane (mid $30's in 2001)
