That's a real unbiased source. I can think of another, how about the American Tobacco Institute making a statement that in their studies the didn't find any conclusive evidence that using tobacco products causes cancer?

The Q says that the ETSI needs their patents. ETSI says they don't. Most likely, the Q will sue each and every company for patent infringement that uses the WCDMA. It also depends where the Q got their patents. If the Q's patents are only in the US, then the Q can only sue the companies that sell their WCDMA equipment in the US.
