Tim, today will be a good day to look for stocks with good relative strength. Market will be down BIG, most likely. I'm still looking for the high PE big dogs (DELL, CSCO, MSFT) to join the bloodshed party. ASND will not get hit too hard, as the LU rumor, founded or not, will keep the price up for the next few weeks. LU is not likely to do anything before the 2nd or 3rd week of October, if even that soon. I expect negotiations with whoever they choose to be long. COMS or ASND are the likely candidates now. ASND is healthy and in a good bargaining position. COMS is getting healthy and in a slightly less positive position, but still pretty good. LU may choose to buy CS quickly after 10/1 as a "scare tactic" to force the hand of ASND or COMS. Its possible that they could buy CS, then get a "worried" ASND cheaper than getting only ASND, and pick up "2 for the price of 1". Any thoughts? Gary
