Frank,
I know this thread if focused on voice over the internet,but where do players like qwst and lvlt come in?It is my understanding that qwst wants to focus on voice and video via networks (lan/wan) using their fiber optic cable with no internet involvement.And that wcom via uunet wants to compete?Can you please comment and perhaps list some of the players in the two catagories (internet vs. networks)?TIA
