There are FEW barriers to entry, true. However, the rise of competition will only do 2 things: prevent TSIS from expanding more quickly AND draw attention to the industry and TSIS in particular.
Nobody will LEAVE TSIS, since once you've signed with a company, you tend to stick it out with them UNLESS there are major problems and disagreements.
However, I'd say the rise of competition would, all in all, be a net good thing.
