Frank, what can one say? The Clinton mess will just have to work its way towards some sort of conclusion. As far as the markets are concerned, IMO the best thing that can happened today is that the Clinton tapes put everyone to sleep. With respect to Japan, I'm starting to believe that they will never resolve their problems. Interest rates in Japan may even go negative. That is, the banks will pay the borrows interest if they take out a loan. <VBG> Stock Bull
