David, These shares must have been the ones granted to the Nuttall guy to handle the Doublecase Europe. Why would BANY have gone to court and got them cancelled if they had not been sold or something?....Hmmmm. Questions may be being answered here.....Bubba....The broker is now on the hook, correct? bg ps. FYI.....Orgas is back from holiday......his Mo Mo move seems to be in slow-mo today. The army may be on holiday too.
