Mark,
<<Clearly DGIV said they would have it out by the NY conf. If they don't, I would consider this a clear breach of shareholder/management trust, >>
Question, please. Are SEC filings usually accepted "as is" on first filing, or are they nit picked to death (for the investor's benefit) and possibly returned for clarification. I can't imagine anything being cut and dry here. We are talking the SEC, right?
I guess, as far as credibility goes. IMHO..."IF" the filing was made, and "IF" JC, etc. is available at the conference and "IF" he is available to answer questions concerning the filing, then he has held up his side of the bargain.
Early morning action looks like someone getting "taken to the cleaners" on a market order. Price to 1 3/4 then back up to 2.03 now. With this crazy market, anything is possible filing or no. Me? I will not make any broad "I will liquidate my position" remarks till I read something from the company, analyze it and make a sound decision based on fact, not rumor.
You are a thread "presence" and making that remark could send some investors scurrying. Just my opinion again, such as it it.
Have a great morning, y'all!
