Well, this is to be expected as the 30th nears. BTW, per court order, once the 4.4 million shares start being bought back into the open market, do you agree that additional shorting will occur to offset the increase in price? TIA.

Who knows? Let's first see an increase in price. I also suggest that you check out the post in which bgtit explains what's REALLY gonna happen on the 30th. His version is not, shall we say, identical to bmart's, and he does know more about the situation.
