Hi Mohan,..Re: I want to know who is minding the store in D.C! Greenspan and Rubin- the same as has been. Only the media are making a big deal out of all this and would like for everybody to think the markets are volatile because of Clinton. Institutional and international accounts know who is in charge and what the global risks are. Clinton ---NOT. Best, Lee ps -not watching either. Georges is more interesting!
